Within 24 hours we confirm whether the order is still with us or already on its way.

You get confirmation
We email you the cancellation and refund confirmation, or, if it has shipped, how to return it instead.

Request received
We will review it and reply within 24 hours. If the order has already shipped we cannot stop it, but it can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
